Information you provide

If you contact StetLabs by email, the information in your message is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the requested work is a suitable fit and maintain relevant business records.

Please do not send confidential manuscripts, personal health information or client-sensitive material in an initial enquiry. Appropriate handling arrangements should be agreed before any such material is shared.

Website services

This site does not currently use an enquiry form, advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Basic technical information may be recorded in hosting logs for security and reliability.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and interface styling from the Tailwind CSS content-delivery network. Requests to those services may include standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

If appointment booking or analytics is introduced, this notice will be updated before those services are enabled.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used for business email, hosting or professional administration, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
